Our store is hosted on GoDaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You agree NOT to use a stolen credit card or payment method that you are not authorized to use.
You agree NOT to file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback claims including but not limited to; "product not received," "item not as described," "no knowledge of charge," "fraud card absent environment," or "no cardholder authorization."
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING CONSENT RELEASE OF LIABILITY
SYKE SOCIETY may provide you with the flexibility to select your own shipping method at checkout based off your carrier preference. In doing so, SYKE SOCIETY accepts no responsibility and offers no compensation for lost, delayed, stolen or damaged shipments.
By accepting our terms of service and selecting your shipping method at checkout if/when the option is offered by us, you are accepting all responsibility for the deliverability of your shipment. Your consent also releases SYKE Society of any claims, liability or responsibility of the deliverability of your shipment.
You agree that SYKE SOCIETY is only an e-commerce business, NOT the actual mail carrier responsible for delivering your mail. SYKE SOCIETY is only required to fulfill its service guarantee by the act of printing, packaging and shipping your order within a reasonable timeframe stated in the shipping policy.
You agree you will not hold SYKE SOCIETY responsible or financially accountable for mail carrier service disruptions including but not limited to packages "lost in transit," "stolen," "damaged," "improperly sorted," "not delivered," "incorrectly delivered," "delivered empty," "delivered damaged," or "marked delivered" when your claiming it was not.
You agree SYKE SOCIETY is not required to and WILL NOT provide any type of reshipment, reimbursement, refund or compensation for shipments that experience any of the above mail carrier service disruptions. It is your responsibility to contact your selected mail carrier directly to seek a resolution or obtain a tracking update.
You agree you will not file a fraudulent claim or chargeback based solely or partially for any of the mail carrier service disruptions stated above since you agree that SYKE SOCIETY is not responsible for the successful delivery of your shipment.
If you contact SYKE SOCIETY about any of the above service disruptions they may refer you to this subsection of the Terms of Service policy.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with SYKE Society. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
SECTION 2 - TIME LIMIT
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 3
days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (540) 227-7953 to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 1 – EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to our discretion and product availability and must be initiated within the specified return time limit.
SECTION 2 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
SECTION 3 - SALE ITEMS
Certain items may be marked as "SALE" and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.
SECTION 4 - GIFT RETURNS
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We can provide store credit for another product of equal or lesser value.
